Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (hereinafter referred as \" PPFL \" \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\" as the case may be) permits you the limited use of the App subject to applicable laws, these Terms and any applicable rules applied by Apple Inc. (\"Apple Store Rules\") and Google Inc. (\"Play Store Rules\") with respect to the use of their platforms Apple Store and Play Store respectively located at https://www.apple.com/itunes (\"App Store\") and https://play.google.com/store (\"Play Store\"). You (\"you,\" or “your” the App user) may only utilize the App in accordance with these Terms.

Terms And Conditions

General:
1. Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing or using the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, browsing, registering or using the App, you accept and agree to these Terms which bind you legally. These terms and conditions form a contract between you and PPFL . If you do not agree to these Terms you are not permitted to use the App and you must immediately cease downloading, installing, registering or using the App
2. By downloading, installing, accessing, browsing, registering and/or using the App, You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and are legally bound by these Terms, and all other terms and conditions that govern the App and/or PPFL online website, as may be amended from time to time and they will continue to apply every time you use the App. These Terms apply to use of the App and do not change or alter any other separate contract or agreement between you and the PPFL or its affiliates, group company or subsidiary (“ PPFL Affiliate”).
3. The functionality and Information available through this Service are more limited than the functionality and information available through PPFL Website. TERMS & CONDITIONS
4. By installing the App, provided by PPFL to offer services or offers or schemes or promotions etc. related to PPFL , PPFL 's services and any upgrades from time to time and any other software or documentation which enables the use of the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. These Terms apply to the App, including any updates or versions thereto. Your continuous use of the App after such revised Terms signify your acceptance of such revised Terms.
7. You confirm that you are above 18 years of age to form a binding contract and hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and in case it if found otherwise, then you shall not be entitled to any benefits as offered and/or promoted by PPFL and any benefit taken during such minor age, shall be recoverable from you as per law.
LIMIT TO USERS
1. The App containing information on Prince Udaan website , its products, services, offers, promotions etc. is intended for use only in India. The Application allows you to access certain functionality available on Prince Udaan website . Such access will be governed by Prince Udaan website Terms of Use.
2. Any submission of information including personal information and/or any sensitive personal information you supply to PPFL while using the App will be governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy available in PPFL App ("Privacy Policy") along with these Terms, and any additional privacy notice or intimation issued by PPFL with your usage of the App.
CONDITIONS OF USE
You understand, acknowledge and agree that:
1. You will only use the Service and the App, currently made available to you free of charge, solely and exclusively for your own personal, private, non-commercial use and on registered mobile devices that are authorized by PPFL , belonging to you; PPFL reserves the right to amend or withdraw the App or change for the App or service provided to you in accordance with the terms at any time for any reason whatsoever.
2. The terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider ('Mobile Provider') will continue to apply when using the App and Mobile Provider may charge to access to network connection services for the duration of the connection with accessing the App or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise from time to time.
3. You will at all times comply with (and your use of the Service and the App will at all times be in compliance with) these Terms, all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and you will not allow any other party to use the Service or the App for or in connection with any illegal purpose or activity.
4. Use of the App including the Service is at your own risk and you are solely responsible for the use of any data, information or services obtained through the use of the Service or App.
5. The App and the Service is provided as a convenience to you. The information accessible through the Service is more limited than the information available through the PPFL website/App.
6. In the event that you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or your account with PPFL is closed, all rights granted to you in relation to the App and the Service shall immediately come to an end and you will immediately destroy all copies of the App.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
1. You are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sub licensable, personal, limited, revocable license to view and use the App (which shall include future updates made available to you from time to time, provided you understand that such updates may be subject to additional terms in respect of which you will be notified at the time such update is made available) to access from your mobile device. We reserve all rights in and to the App. PPFL reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, in its sole discretion

Copy, reproduce, duplicate, compile, disseminate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange disable any features, or otherwise derive the source code for the App, or any component of the App or the Service whatsoever, in whole or in part including without limitation for public or commercial purposes, including any text, images, audio and video, except as permitted by the App's sharing function;
4. rent, lease, sub-license, loan, distribute, time-share, or translate the App in any way
5. Merging the App or any component thereof into any other programs or create derivative works based on any component of the App;
6. Use the App in whole or in part or any confidential information relating thereto to create software that is functionally equivalent to the App or any part thereof;
7. License, sublicense, sell, disseminate, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise distribute the Application or the Service in any form or by any means, or otherwise transfer, assign, manipulate, or grant any rights of use or any other rights in respect of the App or the Service, or any part thereof, or the information contained therein, to any other party;
8. not to make alterations to, or modifications of, the whole or any part of the App, or permit the App or any part of it to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs.
9. Remove or tamper with any proprietary notices or labels, including copyright notices or data source attributions, attached to or contained within the App or the Service;
10. Use the App or the Service in any way that may lead to the encouragement, procurement or carrying out of any unlawful or criminal activity or which may cause any harm or injury to any person;
11. Cause damage to any of the websites, servers, systems or equipment used in the provision of the Service by PPFL or any other third party, and you may not access or attempt to access any user data or to penetrate any of the security measures relating to the Service; and will in all cases indemnify and hold harmless PPFL from any and all Claims in respect thereof.
12. sell, resell, or exploit the App in whole or in part (including object and source code), in any form to any person without prior written consent from us;
13. remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from the App;
14. use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful or criminal purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, including viruses, or harmful data, into the App;
15. use the App to record, post or transmit any information that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, offensive, obscene, indecent, discriminatory or is otherwise objectionable or infringes on third party rights;
16. use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users, or restrict or inhibit any other users from using the App (including by hacking or defacing the App); and
17. collect or harvest any information or data from the App or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App, including, without limitation, by using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine" or in any way gather the App content or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the App without our prior written consent
AVAILABILITY:
1. PPFL does not accept any responsibility for any connectivity issues that you may experience when using the App. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that you (and not us) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband and computer hardware, equipment and services needed to access and use the App, and for paying any data charges that may be charged to you by your network provider in connection with your use of the App. In the event you choose to share information from the App by utilizing SMS/text functionality, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for paying any related fees that may be charged to you by your network or telecommunications provider.
2. PPFL reserves the right, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to modify, suspend or discontinue the App without notice for any reason without liability to you, except where prohibited by applicable law.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND LICENCE
1. All ownership, rights, title, interest, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the Application together with the underlying software code, all information, data, text, software, music, video clips, animation, sound, photographs, images, pictures, graphics, messages, tags, or other materials and the Service, including, but not limited to, all trade names and any and all copyright, patents, trademarks, and service marks relating thereto, are and shall remain the property of PPFL and/or its licensors and nothing herein shall be construed as granting any rights therein to you. You acquire no right, title or interest whatsoever in or to the Application or the Service, as either of them exist now or in the future.
2. All intellectual property rights owned by third parties in any Information provided by third parties shall at all times remain the property of such third parties. Your use of such Information is subject to the terms and conditions of each applicable third party. PPFL accepts no liability for any Information provided by third parties and make no representations or warranties that such Information will be accurate or timely.
3. In the event that you choose to share information with the PPFL or PPFL Affiliates through the App's "Email Us" function, you agree and acknowledge that
  1. all information supplied by you is either original to you, or you have the right to share it with the PPFL or its Affiliates,
  2. the PPFL or its Affiliates may utilize the information you supply, in whole or in part, in any manner in connection with the App,
  3. any modifications or improvements made to the App or PPFL 's products or services as a result of your feedback are owned and controlled solely by the PPFL Companies,
  4. you have no right, title or interest in or to the App as a result of sharing your feedback.
TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION
You understand, acknowledge and agree that PPFL may in its sole discretion, at any time:
1. Modify any part of the Service and/or change the terms and conditions upon which the Service is provided to you,
2. Discontinue temporarily or permanently, or block or suspend, or terminate the Service in part or in its entirety,
3. Without notice terminate or otherwise limit your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that PPFL believes that you are in breach of or have failed to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions or in the event that PPFL believes that you are using the Service illegally, fraudulently or improperly, in which event all rights granted to you hereunder shall immediately cease without notice to you.
4. PPFL shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
5. Upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you herein shall terminate immediately; (b) you must cease all use of the Software
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. You acknowledge that the Service and the App utilize complex computer and telecommunications networks and that, as such, continued, uninterrupted and error free access to the Service and/or the App cannot be guaranteed. In the light of the foregoing, PPFL or any third party, officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, which may arise, from any outage, interruption, discontinuation or delay in the Service or the App or any part thereof or any error contained therein, or from any other non-performance, defective performance or late performance due to any cause whatsoever, including errors due to malfunction of equipment, programs or operations of PPFL or any third parties, or negligence of PPFL or any third party or any circumstance /act beyond the reasonable control of the PPFL .
2. In no event shall PPFL be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your use or inability to use or access or inability to access to the Service or App, including loss of profit or the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise whatsoever.
3. PPFL is not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment including but not limited to computer equipment, handheld device or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of the App.
4. Notwithstanding anything contained contrary herein or otherwise, the maximum liability of or indemnity by the PPFL under any circumstance shall be limited to the amount equivalent to particular reward or transaction in question. HoweverHowever, we will not be liable for any damage or loss or claim that you could have avoided.
5. You agree that you use the App and/or any third partythird-party sites at your own cost, risk and expense. You further understand and agree that PPFL is not responsible or liable for your illegal, unauthorized, or improper use of information transmitted, monitored, stored or received using the App.
6. PPFL will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including any failure of public or private telecommunications networks or otherwise.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
1. The function of App or Service may be delayed, unavailable, not delivered and/or inaccurate from time to time due to a variety of factors, including technical reasons, for planned or unplanned maintenance or downtime, for editorial amendments or for any other reason. The Service may be adversely affected by the performance of and any outages on mobile device networks, or when you are not in an area of mobile coverage, or other factors beyond the control of PPFL or any third party, and neither PPFL nor any third party will be liable therefor.
2. The Service and the App are provided on as is and/or on as available basis, and all warranties, representations and guarantees, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, reliability, accuracy, performance, compatibility or non-infringement, or that the Service or the Application will be free from defects, errors, viruses, worms or harmful programs, or be of a satisfactory quality, are hereby expressly disclaimed or that access to the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Neither PPFL and its' directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, licensors and affiliates nor any third party provider makes any warranty, representation or guarantee as to the accessibility, reliability, communication links, accuracy, truth, timeliness, or completeness of any Information or data furnished through the Service. Any reliance on or use of the App shall be at your own sole risk. The PPFL Affiliates shall not have any obligation to furnish any maintenance and/or support services with respect to the App. We expressly disclaim any liability for loss or damage sustained by you as a result of the accessing and use of the App.
4. PPFL does not make any representation or warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or current-ness of information or content provided in the App. Such information is also subject to change at any time without notice.
5. PPFL does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the App. You agree to conduct your own due diligence to assess the accuracy, reliability and quality of all content provided by the App.
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PPFL , its Affiliates, promotors, officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising in any way from your use or misuse of the Application or Services or any violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any claim brought by a third party in connection with your use of the App and you agree to bear each and every expense, assist and co-operate with us in relation to any such claim
THIRD PARTY & INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS: You acknowledge that the usage of this App/website by you does not constitute a joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and PPFL . You agree not to hold yourself as a representative, agent or employee of PPFL and PPFL shall not be liable for any representation, act or omission by you. With respect to downloading the App, you agree to comply with the App Store Rules and Play Store Rules, as applicable. You acknowledge that the availability of the App may be dependent on the App Store or Play Store from which you receive the App. You acknowledge these Terms are between you and PPFL and not with the App Store or Play Store. The App Store and Play Store are not responsible for the App, the content thereof, maintenance, support services, and warranty therefor, and addressing any claims relating thereto (e.g., product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement). You acknowledge that the App Store and Play Store (and their respective subsidiaries) are third party beneficiaries to these Terms and will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
Important points:
1. Below imp points to be followed for effective implementation of Prince Udaan Loyalty Program of Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (“Prince Pipes”):
  - The Program is active for the purchase of Prince Brand’s Retail orders only, Program is NOT active for Project, Institution, Infra, Bathware, Trubore or any other segment or vertical until it is officially announced by the company.
2. The Program is designed to support small and routine plumbers with Retail Purchase. Any Plumbing Contractors, Proprietors of some plumbing or construction related work but acting as Plumbers, Civil Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Office boys, internal staff of any entity etc are Not eligible to participate in the Prince Udaan Loyalty Program under any Role.
3. Please note that any immediate family member, son, brother, wife, or other relatives, are not eligible to register separately for the Prince Udaan Loyalty Program. Only one account per family is permitted, and the account with the highest hierarchy will remain active in the program.
4. Following categories are excluded from the program and NO points should be transferred even if it is for Retail Sale. However, to include any of the below category in future shall remain sole discretion of company.
5. -CABLEFIT DWC - P, CABLEFIT DWC – T ,CORFIT - F, CORFIT - P, CORFIT Accessories, DURAFIT MANHOLE COVER,HT SAFE Fittings, HT SAFE Pipes, ONEFIT Corzon Fittings, PEFIT - P, PEFIT Aqua - P, PEFIT Pipes, PRESTIGE - P, Recycle - P, RECYFIX Channels, SKOLAN SAFE Fittings, SKOLAN SAFE Pipes.
6. Validity of points earned by any member is 12 months from date of points earned. However, his points shall expire on the last date of expiry month.
7. Eg. Points earned on 5th April 2022 shall expire on 30th April 2023.
8. 6. Members can transfer points within 90 days of their Points Earned for a particular purchase. However, this condition may change in future and company will not be liable to give prior intimation in this regard.
9. Eg. A retailer gets points from Distributor on 1st April 2023. Hence, for this purchase, Retailer can further transfer points to Plumber until 29th June 2023, subject to availability of points in his virtual wallet.
10. It is highly suggested to transfer points immediately after the sale of Prince Pipes’ products to the eligible channel partner. However, transferring bulk points for purchase of more than 30 days is strictly NOT allowed in the program. Prince Pipes may investigate such cases and take appropriate actions including legal action wherever required against the person responsible.
11. No Member is not allowed to use Prince Udaan for his personal benefit and stop or transfer excess points.
12. Prince Pipes reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any Member’s Registration, transaction or redemption.
13. Prince Pipes reserves all rights to make any changes in the program without giving any period notice.
14. By clicking on T&C, member is allowing Prince Pipes to investigate his transactions by any means and verify his invoices/Ledger/book of accounts as and when required.
15. The member is not allowed to give his OTP, Password, Login access of Mobile App/Website to anyone including Prince Pipes’ employees or third party appointed by the company. In case of any misuse of your account, the member will be solely responsible for the loss, mishandling, excess transactions done through his account and Prince Pipes may recover such loss through his account or through other means.
16. Any kind of rewards received by the members has to be safeguarded by the members himself after it is successfully delivered to them or in their account. Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited will not be responsible for any loss of rewards, misuse, expired, or change of reward etc once it is delivered from the company.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected in any manner whatsoever, and any such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be severable and ineffective only to the extent necessary to render the remaining portions of these Terms valid and enforceable.
2. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience and only and have no legal or contractual effect.
3. You shall not transfer, assign, sublicense nor pledge in any manner whatsoever, any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. PPFL may transfer, assign sublicense or pledge in any manner whatsoever, any of its rights and obligations under these Terms to a subsidiary, affiliate or to any third party whatsoever, without notifying you or receiving your consent.
4. If PPFL fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.
5. These Terms and the documents referred here, constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to your use of the App. Such Terms supersede all prior understandings or agreements between us. In addition, in entering into these Terms you have not relied on and (in the absence of fraud) you shall have no right or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty other than as set out in these Terms.
  Except to the extent as permitted by applicable laws, a person or entity who is not party to these Terms cannot not enforce these Terms.
6. PPFL shall not be liable to other for any delay or failure on its part in performing any of its obligations under this Terms resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limiting to, strikes, riots, protests, mass demonstration, pandemic or epidemic resulting in government-imposed restrictions/lockdowns, civil commotion, fire, floods, explosions, acts of God, acts of State, war, enemy action or terrorist action etc.
7. You agree and undertake to treat as strictly confidential and protect all information received or obtained by you hereunder or otherwise regarding the PPFL , its affiliates, its management, business or financing sources, etc. and will not at any time hereafter make public, disclose or divulge such Confidential Information to any third party.
8. You agree and covenant that you will not at any time make, publish or communicate to any person or entity or in any public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements or anything negative concerning PPFL or its businesses, or any of its employees or directors or promotors etc.

PRIVACY PRINCIPLES: TO WIN THE TRUST OF THE VISITORS AND REGISTERED USERS TO ITS MOBILE APP/WEBSITE, PPFL GIVES FOCUSES ON BELOW PRINCIPLES: -
1. Data Access & Control: We will put you in control of your privacy with specific, informed & unambiguous choices with reasonable access along with the ability to review, correct, amend or delete the personal data you have shared with us.
2. Lawfulness, Fairness & Transparency : We are transparent in all data collection and use so as you can make informed decisions on your provided data. We only collect personal data which is relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. Our data processing activities are conducted:
  1. With your consent;
  2. In order to fulfil our obligations to you;

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete and current and we only collect personal data which is relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. We will keep personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and then we will securely delete or destroy it.

5. No content-based targeting: Except for the Benefits to you under this Statement, we will not use your email, chat, files or other personal content to target ads to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION:
1. We will not collect any personally identifiable information i.e. Personal Data about you (such as your name, address (business or personal), PIN/ZIP code, Mobile number & Telephone (business or personal), e-mail address (business or personal), Log-ID & Password (of mobile app) etc.) unless you provide it to us voluntarily during the registration on the mobile app/our website. If you opt not to provide us with personally identifiable information at the time of registration no material consequences will result, although you may not be able to get yourself registered or participate in certain promotions, receive product information, corresponding services, certain specialized features or able to effectively respond to any queries you may have or participate in any kind of feedback or services/information as described under this Statement (collectively referred as ‘Services’).
2. In general, you may download our mobile app without providing any Personal Information about yourself. However, we collect certain information from you on registration such as:
  1. Personal information for creation of Account: Personal Information that you provide voluntarily while creating an Account via our mobile app, including information you provide when you register on our mobile app e.g. your name, email address (business or personal), mobile number, country and telephone number (business or personal), postal/billing address (business or residential), city, PIN/ZIP code, and any other information that you choose to provide or is necessary for us to provide Services to you, For service related issues product complaint details shall also be required to be shared. This information helps to activate, manage and provide services in efficient manner;
  2. Personal information on providing Services: We obtain Personal Information when you order or register to receive any of our Services. We collect or receive Personal Information from you when you sign up for our Services, create an online account with us, make a purchase, request details or a call back, submit a technical, customer or billing support request, participate in a contest or survey, provide us with feedback or otherwise contact us.

User Device/Product Information: Your model details, IoT device details, unique device identifier (MAC ID, UUID, etc.), IP address, IoT Device, demographics, & Product Firmware version number, Product category or nickname of your device, F/W and S/W information and browser type and information collected via cookies will be collected for you that can interact with the device through mobile app. PPFL does not collect personally identifiable information automatically, but we may tie information collected automatically to your previously submitted personally identifiable information not limited to country code, language, OS, time zone, network, memory capacity, IMEI, etc.;
  4. Video/Picture/Voice Information. When you trigger camera or video services, we may collect videos, pictures, or voice information in the Products or through App.
3. For Geo-Fence: We will capture customer background & fine location along with customer location coordinates both longitude & latitude. We will be taking your permission before accessing such information as and when you (being customer) try to use our Geo-fence service. If no permission is granted by you than we will not be in position to provide the required Product Services under Geo-Fence.

  2. We collect data from the following third parties: Commercially-available data such as name, address, email address, preferences, interests, and certain demographic data. For example, personal data may be collected when you access our mobile app through social media logins (i.e. logging in to our applications using your Facebook, Twitter or other social media credentials). The basic details we receive may depend on your social network account privacy settings.
  3. User Generated Content: We may invite you to post content on our Sites, including your comments, pictures, and any other information that you would like to make available on our Sites. If you post content to our Sites, the information that you post will be available to other visitors to our Sites. SECURING YOUR DATA: DATA RECIPIENTS, TRANSFER, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:-
1. PPFL does not share your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes without seeking your prior permission.

1. You can make or change your choices regarding subscription or registration or general communications from PPFL at the data collection point or by using methods described in this section. These options do not apply to communications primarily for the purpose of administering order completion, contracts, support, product safety warnings, or other administrative and transactional notices where the primary purpose of these communications is not promotional in nature.
2. PPFL marketing communications provide information about products, services, and/or support and you can select how these communications are delivered – e.g., via post, email, telephone, or mobile device. Marketing communications may include new product or services information, special offers, personalized content, targeted advertising or invitations to participate in market research or compliance reviews.

  3. You may remove the ID & Password by choosing ‘Delete Your Account’ in mobile app.
  4. You may change your consent or allow status using the mobile app for barring/disallowing notifications in mobile app.
  5. As and when email notification is effective by us, you may select the email’s “Opt out” or “Unsubscribe” link, or follow the instructions included in each email subscription communication;
  6. You can also disable automatic data collection tools, such as web beacons, in email messages by not downloading images contained in messages you receive from PPFL .
DATA SECURITY:
1. PPFL adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Information we collect and process on this mobile application.
2. At PPFL , security is our highest priority. We design and deliver our systems and Services with your security and privacy in mind.
